By accessing and using Shaivo ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Use of Service

Shaivo provides a platform connecting customers with service providers for home maintenance and related services.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Subscription Services

Our subscription-based services are billed on a recurring basis according to the frequency you select (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Payments are processed through our secure payment partner, Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

4. Service Provider Relationship

Shaivo acts as a platform connecting customers with independent service providers. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality, timeliness, or safety of services provided
  • Actions or inactions of service providers
  • Disputes between customers and service providers
  • Property damage or personal injury resulting from services

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
  • Scheduled services for the current period will be completed unless cancelled separately

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Shaivo, including reviews, photos, and communications. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shaivo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shaivo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
